It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries outside the UK can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our return policy requires you to contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We offer free return for any UK address. Read our full returns policy here.
For returns outside the UK, please re-wrap your purchase as carefully as possible in the original packaging and send it to Shackleton (Returns Department), Unit 401, China Works, Black Prince Road, London, SE1 7SJ, UK.
To exchange an item please inform us of the issue with your product via email, then simply follow the usual return process (info here). Delivery of the replacement product is free of charge.
