Every Shackleton product has a care label with specific washing instructions to guide you on how best to clean and maintain the unique fabric of your garment. We also provide information on our website to help you store down-filled garments to protect the unique insulative properties of this natural product.

Although Shackleton products are designed for long and vigorous use, this can sometimes result in damage or malfunction. We want to help you extend the life of your product, which is why Shackleton offers a Care & Repair service for outerwear to help maintain the quality and appearance of your Shackleton, whatever you’ve put it through. 

Where possible Shackleton Care and Repair will repair wear and tear to any outerwear garment, replacing damaged or lost components. Our service will receive, inspect, fix and return your jacket within two to four weeks of the date received, depending on the complexity of the repair.  It will be returned to you, restored and ready for the next adventure.

Repairs:

  1. If you wish to enquire about a repair please complete our short Repair Request Form below providing your original order number and delivery address, attaching photographs of the damage to your outwear. 

  2. Our team of technicians will assess the repair and be in touch within 1-3 business days with an indication of the cost of your repair.

  3. If you then wish to go ahead with the repair please send your outerwear to this address:  Shackleton, Care & Repair, 214 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9HL.  Please make sure to include your name, return address and your original Shackleton Order Number with your repair.  Please use a postal method which allows your package to be fully tracked and provides confirmation of delivery.  

  4. On receipt, a Shackleton Care & Repair advisor will inspect your outerwear, assess the scope of the repair required and confirm the repair cost.  We cannot provide an accurate repair cost without the benefit of examination.

  5. If you wish to proceed with the repair, full payment is required prior to going ahead with any repair
