If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty within 12 months of purchase.

Unless an item is faulty, you will need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item we will despatch your replacements postage free.

For returns outside the UK, please re-wrap your purchase as carefully as possible in the original packaging and send it to Shackleton (Returns Department), Unit 401, China Works, Black Prince Road, London, SE1 7SJ, UK.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
